 ·        Lack of legal knowledge and skills to present a concise and convincing version of your case

Without a reasonable understanding of the above, a case that has favourable merits will likely reach a disappointing conclusion. However, the cost of Labour Attorney fees often deter small businesses and individuals from getting much needed legal support and advice before proceeding to the CCMA.
I am offering you a cost effective alternative!
For a fee of R350 per hour, I will consult with you in person to establish the facts of your case. I will then research all of the relevant laws, including previous CCMA decisions/awards, in order to best prepare your case which you can confidentially present yourself at the CCMA.
If you require legal representation at the CCMA proceedings, that can be discussed and agreed upon at a separate rate.
