If you've ever dreamed of making your very own smoked chicken or smoked beef brisket to wow your friends and family, now your dreams can be a reality...we import and sell Bradley Smokers in SA and the surrounding countries...
We have 2 different sizes of smoker in stock as well as a separate component called a smoke generator(used to build your own smoker), the smokers come in 4 and 6 Rack sizes, the 4 Rack come in an option of digital or analogue/non digital(Original Smoker), the major difference is that the digital one is totally programmable whereas the non-digital /Original one requires that you monitor temp and time manually, the 6 rack unit only comes in digital format. These units are capable of both hot and cold smoking however they are affected by ambient temperature so if the weather is hot you may battle to keep the chamber temp lower than 30degrees, in which case if your inclination is to cold smoke the likes of cheeses and fish or anything that you don’t want exposed to heat then the addition of a cold smoke adapter is essential, this allows you to totally remove the heat sources from the main chamber and therefore keep the temp lower than 30degrees. The other product I mentioned is a Smoke Generator, this is a generator that comes with a blue print of how to build your own smoke house (Attached), the beauty of this unit is that it has the same technology as the smokers from a point that it takes the bisquettes and still provides consistent smoke without wood/shavings becoming coal like and acrid, this generator can be attached to your own chamber of your choice, or an existing smoker you might have already made.
We also stock 11 different flavours of American hardwood, wood bisquettes (wood pucks) this allows you to use different flavours for different food stuffs...think about maple & apple wood smoked bacon, or cherry smoked beef brisket, or whiskey oak smoked trout...the possibilities are endless....
(Flavours Include: Oak, Whiskey Oak, Cherry, Apple, Maple, Pecan, Mesquite, Pacific blend, Special Blend, Hickory, Alder) they come in boxes of 24 and 48, each bisquette/puck burns for about 20mins, retaining its structure and never reaching an ash/coal like state so the smoke is always clean and pure...
